Registration form filling

This is hereby informed to all students of D. Pharmacy I Year (Batch: 2019-21) that their registration form for promotion in to the second year will be filled from 04.08.2020 to 14.08.2020. For the safety precautions against Covid-19, only ten students will be allowed in a day for filling the form. All the details has given in the college website www.hgeacp.org Students are strictly instructed to follow their form filling date as given.

Practical Examination 2019

All the students of D. Pharmacy 1st year and 2nd year students are here by informed that their practical examination will be commenced from 12/09/2019 to 18/09/2019 for 1st year and 19/09/2019 to 24/09/2019 for 2nd year. Details of the schedule is available on the college notice board.

This is informed to all student of D. Pharmacy, that the last date for filling of the examination form for First Year and 2nd year is 28/05/2019 to 02/06/2019 without fine after that with fine.by order Principal

Tuition Fee Notice

Dear Student This notice serves to inform you that the deadline of payment of the of tuition fees is fixed on 15th July 2019. Note that all students who still have outstanding balances of tuition fees reminded to clear their debits before the deadline. The students whose fees are not deposited within the prescribed dates the fine will be payable.

Commencement of Classes

This is notified for all concerned that the classes of 1st Year Diploma in Pharmacy for the session 2019-21 will commence from the 15th, July 2019. The Academic Calendar is available on the college website as well as in the College Notice Board. All the Students are advised to attend their classes regularly in their own interest. Strict compliance of rules for attendance will be adhered to. The undersigned would like to bring it to their notice that as per the rules, 75% attendance is required to become eligible for appearing in the Final Examination. Student, who fail to attend the required number of lectures as per the rules shall not be allowed to fill the examination form for examination. The Internal Assessment of each student will be sent to the Board on the basis of his/her performance in the Sessional Examinations and attendance record.
